To be honest I have always enjoyed playing along with the challenges at Moxie Fab. Though, I do wish I played along more and was a little more frequent at visiting. However, every time I did visit (whether I played in or challenge or not) there was always something to inspire me. Sometimes it was the people, sometimes the pictures, sometimes both, and sometimes even just looking at the 'header' would capture me! :)

I personally, don't know Cath as well as I would have liked to. Though, it's nice knowing a little about her! ;) I wish Cath nothing but the best and to 'follow your dreams'!! :) Life is about taking adventures....enjoy!!

It's 'sketch' time!

Hey y'all! Happy Sunday and today is the day for a new challenge at CAS on Sunday!! :) This time we have a 'sketch' for you to use!

So, here's my take!

The minute I saw the sketch, I was lovin' it! ;)  Hopefully, it's not only me seeing the sketch in my card?...I used the leaves as my 'dome' shape and  my banner for the bottom of it. I did do a little thinking and decided to go with a 'fall' card. I was gonna use a white card base, but later decided on this lovely orange-y color. :)

Hey y'all! Whoa! Two posts in one day?!.....Maybe this is a sign I'm getting back on track!! ;) And......This card is for Casual Fridays Challenge!!...I'm actually playing along with a challenge! I really have been missing out on all the fun! :)

So, here's my card!

Oh, I kept this so clean and simple....though, I love it! :) I decided to use some alphabet dies (that I happened to find at a garage sale...3$ for the whole set!).  I then glued down my 'hi' and stamped on a stitch, using silver ink. To top it off, one little enamel dot for the 'i'. :) Easy, right?!......

Hey y'all! Well, it's that time again.....Are you ready for a new CAS on Sunday challenge?!...I know I am! ;) So, for this challenge you need to make a 'get well' card.

Here's my card!

I kept things very simple. :) I played around with trying different ink colors for the vase/flowers and ended up with it this way. I think it works?.....It seems 'happy' to me or at least to make someone smile. :)

Ahoy matey!

Hey y'all!! I AM HERE STILL! lol I know it's been such a long time since I've posted much or played along with any challenges. I'm still trying to fully get my schedule down. I am homeschooling my kids this year, so I'm trying to find a schedule that works best for everyone. :) Then I have had nothing but an broken camera! I was trying to convince myself that it still had some life in it!...I mean it was sooo bad, I had tape holding the battery door, no outside shutter, no zooming (unless I pulled on it myself), no really no photo functions whats so ever!! lol Yeah, it was that bad! Well, needless to say I finally have a new camera and it seems to be working good! :) Yay!

And I actually have a card to share!! :) Now, this card isn't for any challenges nor for a DT project. I made it for my husband's nephews birthday. I almost  wanted to send it in for World Card Making Day, though decided not to. ;)

I really was just playing around with an idea in my head. I cut some strips of paper for my lines and made a stencil out of it. Then used some light blue ink to fill the lines in. And once again, I chose a corner and went with a nice little collage of things. :)
