Whale of a card

Hey y'all! Happy Monday!
Hope your week is off to a great start?!... :)

I'm still thinking it's the weekend because my kids have the day off today. Something about 'teachers professional day'...all I know, is my kids are starting to go crazy. lol So, I'll keep my post fairly short. ;)

I've been following Lawn Fawn's inspiration week and was certainly inspired when I saw the Narwhal and Friends die set being used! :) With that being said, here's my card.

Yep. I pulled out my felt, that has been sadly sitting for way too long. Though, so happy I was inspired to use it...and I'll have to stick with using it more! ;) And wait. What's that?!...An embossing paste background?!!...lol Looks like someone finally broke down and bought some stencils and embossing paste! ;) (I sure am loving it!)

I decided to opt out on using a sentiment, at the last moment. I was trying to figure something out but nothing seemed to be working for me. After some more thinking and playing around, I thought it looked (and worked) just fine without a sentiment.?.

Well, that's all for me today. I'll be back soon with more, though for now, I'm gonna go see what my kids are up to! ;)
