You can do anything

Hey y'all!
Happy Sunday!! Today we have a brand new challenge at CAS on Sunday!

This time we're all about the 'stitching'...real stitching.

So here's my card.

Okay, confession time! I do not know how to sew (well, maybe a teeny tiny bit?...) and I do not have a sewing machine! So, for this card I used my daughter's ' little kid sewing machine'. lol For the most part it worked...somewhat. lol You probably can see that it isn't the best stitching but after many attempts, I thought this was the best I'm gonna get it. Though, I actually did like the look of a messy stitch too!?!...

Be sure to swing on over to CAS on Sunday and see all the DT creations! And while you're there I hope you'll join us?!! :)

Thanks for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!

  2. You shouldn't have said anything, I thunk the sewing is awesome. Actually I am super impressed that you accomplished that with a child's sewing machine. ;)

  3. Love the black and white and the pop of colour. I can't sew straight so I always make it more messy and call it "style". lol

  4. Great card Shelly! Stitching....hmmmmm....I'm too lazy to haul my machine out, lol! This card of yours however, has such a happy feel to it. Those stripes and the bright pink are wonderful. Love your little stitches too. Fun card. Bev

  8. Your sewing looks pretty amazing to me, Shelly! I don't sew and don't have a machine, so no way to enter this challenge! The black and pink...one of my favourite combinations!
