Hello July

Hello, hello!
Happy Sunday!

Today, I'm swinging in with another card using the new release from Not 2 Shabby! Seriously, this bundle and goodies are just too much fun and so pretty! If you haven't seen things yet, be sure to check out the Not 2 Shabby Shop. :)

For my card today, I'm back with using more of the papers and ephemera. I just love it when things can come together so easily! And we all need those easy cards at times, right?!...

Below are all the steps on how to create things...maybe you'll put your own spin on things?!...

  • Start with choosing patterned papers and ephemera.

  • Cut the blue faux glitter paper to fit an A2 card base.
  • Cut the woodgrain paper to the size of 4 1/4" L x 2 1/2" H.
  • Using an A2 card base, adhere the patterned papers to the card base.
  • Arrange ephemera onto the card and adhere.

  • *Note: After having things put together, I thought the edge where the woodgrain was needed a little something. So I opted for a small strip of patterned paper to give it a little more detail and finish.
  • Set aside.
  • Using the Stars& Hydrangeas stamp set, stamp sentiment onto white cardstock.
  • Use the Ultimate Sentiments Universal die with the stamp sentiment.
  • Add burlap twine to the sentiment piece.
  • Adhere to the card using foam tape.
  • Add sparkling enamel dots.

Doesn't this card make you think of the beach?!...I hope I inspired you today! :)

Also, the May Not 2 Shabby Monthly Mood Board Challenge is in full swing and we'd love for you to join us! It's so simple to join, just create a card! And if you don't have any Not 2 Shabby goodies, that's ok, you can still join in on the fun! There's even a chance at winning a $15 gift certificate to the Not 2 Shabby Shop! Hope to see you there! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!
