Hello

Hi y'all!
Happy Monday, hope your week is starting off right?! :)

Today, I'm sharing another card using some of the recently released goodies from Not 2 Shabby! Again, if you haven't seen any of the new goodies, you should definitely check things out, especially for your summertime/July cards! :)

For my card today, I went with stamping and masking. Without further ado, here is my card...

Let's make this card! I promise it's so simple to create! ;)

  • Start with white cardstock/paper that is alcohol marker friendly.
  • Cut to an A2 card size.
  • Using the Stars & Hydrangeas stamp set, stamp on two of the hydrangeas using black ink (one on each bottom side of the cut panel).
  • Then stamp on the hydrangeas to a post it note or thin paper to make 'masks'.
  • After stamping the images onto a post it note/paper, cut images out.
  • Place the masks over the stamped images on the card panel.
  • Now stamp on the middle hydrangea using black ink.
  • Remove the masks.
  • Using the Stars & Hydrangeas stamp set, stamp on the bee using black ink.
  • Color the hydrangeas and the bee using alcohol markers.
  • Using the Stars & Hydrangeas stamp set, stamp on 'hello' using black ink.
  • Add paint splatters over the flowers using a black paint pen while covering the top part of the card panel with a piece of cardstock/paper.

Don't you just love those blooms (hydrangeas)?!...I hope I was able to inspire you today! :)

Well, that's all for me.
Also, don't forget the Not 2 Shabby May Monthly Mood Board Challenge is in full swing! Hope to see you join us! It's so easy to play along, just create a card! And don't have any Not 2 Shabby goodies?...That's ok, you can still play along! :) And there's even a chance at winning a $15 gift certificate to the Not 2 Shabby Shop!! How fun is that?!...hope to see you there! :)

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!
