    how the random.org do it..
    example the winner is Mis X from Monika´s blog
    also maybe in my imagination it is random.org job
    take the BLOG NAME first
    then take the participant number from the blog name
    example: BLOG NAME : CREATIVE WITH MONIKA
    then they choose one more number in my commentator..
    because I never do blog hop also I only guess it hehehe LOL
