Happy birthday

Hi y'all!
Happy Wednesday, hope all is well?! :)

I'm swinging in to share a card I made for Amy's Woodblock Wednesday feature. Again, I have to say I'm loving using all these woodblock stamps! And I might be guilty of buying more. ;) Without further ado, here is my card...

I maybe went outside of my style with the image?...though, I thought the stamp was too cute to pass up. I did go the easy way with things and colored things up using Copics and that's pretty much it. I kept things simple and one layer, so it's easy to mail. ;)

Well, that's all for me.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon!

Thank you

Hi y'all!

It's a little later for me to post but...
I have a card to share that I designed for Scrapbook Pal

Without further ado, here is my card...

We can always use a Thank You card, right?! I used some Pinkfresh Studio goodies and did some stenciling with a touch of hot foiling. Easy peasy, right?!

Steps to make this card:

1. Take white cardstock and Pinkfresh Studio's Floral Panel Stencil and start stenciling. (This is a good time to heat up your hot foiling machine, too.)

2. Use Pinkfresh Studio's Perfect Sentiments Hot Foil Plate with gold foil. Then use with matching die.

3. Add foam squares on the back of the hot foiled sentiment and add to card.

4. Add a touch of gems.

That's it! You made this card! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Have a great day and see you soon!

Thinking of you

Hi y'all!
Happy Monday, hope your week is starting off right?! :)

Just a quick little post for me.

Things have been a little extra busy here but I had a tiny bit of time to squeeze in a card for the current Altenew Inspiration Challenge. :)

I was instantly inspired by the rose and colors! Without further ado, here's my card...

Pretty straight forward of a card...just some die cutting and layering of things. Once done, a touch of paint splatters, a sentiment, and a few enamel dots. Easy peasy, right?!

Well, that's all for me.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great week and see you soon!

Victorian Garden Cards

Hi y'all!

I'm swinging in today to share a couple of cards I have up on the Scrapbook Pal blog!

Do you have a green thumb? Well, if you don't have a green thumb, not to worry, Spelbinders will have you covered! Have you seen their new Victorian Garden Collection? You can mix and match and create so many flowers, leaves, etc. So today I have not one, but two cards to share!

Card 1.

Steps:

1. Start with doing all the die cutting. Take the Spellbinders dies and use them with colored cardstock.

2. Build the flower and add a pearl to the center. Set aside.

3. Take the Spellbinders stamp set and stamp on the background to the card base, using black ink.

4. Stamp sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock and make a little 'banner/strip' with it.

5. Add flower and leaves to the card.

6. Top off card with the sentiment and a touch of pearls.

That's it! You made this card!

Card 2.

Steps:

1. Start with doing all the die cutting. Take the Spellbinders dies and use them with colored cardstock.

2. Make the flower and lavender. Set aside.

3. Take the mason jar and lavender/leaves/flower and add them in the jar. Add some foam squares on the back.

4. Use a blue/grey colored cardstock and add to the card base. Then add jar with flowers.

5. Add sentiment, which I chose to be a letterpress. Take Spellbinders hot foil die, ink it up and place on the hot foil plate, but DO NOT heat it up and use it as you normally would with your die cutting machine. You just made a letterpress sentiment!

6. Cute sentiment into a banner and add to the jar.

7. Finish things off with a touch of pearls.

That's it! You've made 2 cards!

Well, that's all for me. I hope you enjoyed these cards!

See you soon! Have a great day!
