Donut Doubt...

Hi y'all!
Hope all is well?! :)

I'm swinging in to share a card that I have up on the Scrapbook Pal blog, today. If you need a sweet card for someone special, then this is the card for you! Avery Elle's new Banner Celebrations stamp and matching die set is just the sweetest and so fun to play with!

Without further ado, here is my card...

Let's make this card together!

1. Take some cardstock/paper that you can color with using markers. Stamp on the images using Lawn Fawn's Jet Black ink

2. Color up those images using Copic markers. In this case, I used Copic Sketch colors N0, N2, and N4 and Copic Ciao colors R32, R81, E93, E000, E18, E15, E11B00, B05BG10, and 0 (colorless blender)

3. Use the matching dies and die cut out the colored images. (set aside)

4. Cut a piece of white cardstock slightly smaller than an A2 card.

5. Place the die cut pieces on the panel and arrange them how you would like. But, don't adhere them to the panel yet! (you just want an idea of where things will be) Next, stamp on the sentiment above the die cut pieces and then using the Copic Ciao marker R81, randomly add some little dots around the images.

6. Now it's time to adhere the die cut pieces.

7. Add foam squares on the back of the panel and add it to the card base. That's it. :)

Such a fun and cute card, right?!...

Remember you can find my card on the Scrapbook Pal blog today, as well. I would truly appreciate it if you were to swing by the SP blog...and maybe even leave me some love there! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon!

Sending my love

Hi y'all!

Happy Wednesday, hope all is well! :)

I'm swinging in today to share a card for Amy's Woodblock Wednesday feature.  Without further ado, here is my card...

I sure haven't pulled out DeNami Design woodblocks in a moment. (lol) I forgot how sweet they just are! Do you have any DeNami Design stamps?...If so, I'd love to hear which ones you have! :)

I kept things simple and just did some coloring with Copics and then added a few gems. After, I added on a hot foil sentiment and that's it. Simple, right?!...

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon!

P.S.

Don't forget you can play along with Amy's Woodblock Wednesday, too! All the info can be found on her blog, HERE. ;)

Season's Greetings

Hi y'all!

I'm swinging in today, here on my blog, as well as the Scrapbook Pal blog

I think by now we all know time flies on by, especially with the holiday season. With that being said, we sometimes can use a quick and easy holiday card. Using Spellbinders Sealed for the Holidays Collections you can easily do so! ;)

Let's make this card!

1. Start with Spellbinders Sealed for the Holidays Collection-Holly Sprigs, Christmas Tree, and Holiday Squiggles and cardstock colors of your choice. In this case, I used white, gold glitter, and red cardstock. (set things aside when done.)

2. Take a piece of kraft cardstock and add some white splatters to it. To do so, use Lawn Fawns Yeti ink and tap it onto a piece of acetate/clear stamping block, etc. and add a little water to it. Use a paint brush to pick up the ink and splatter it onto the kraft. (Let dry) Then use a bone folder and rub/push it onto the edges of the cardstock, to give it somewhat of a rustic look.

3. Arrange the die cut pieces...however you like! For this card I layered and overlapped things here and there, and even added some foam squares on some pieces.

4. Make a 'seal'. Using the Spellbinders Faux Wax Seals set makes it so easy! Use the dies with cardstock of your choice. For this card/seal I used pink. Don't put things together yet, though. Tip: layer the outer ring of the seal a few times to make it look more like a true wax seal.

5. Stamp on the sentiment. Use Spellbinders Dancin' Holiday Sentiments stamp set and the Season's Greetings stamp with Lawn Fawns Jet Black ink.

6. Now, let's put together the wax seal and add it to the card.

7. To finish things off, add a touch of bling using Spellbinders Spectrum AB gems

You made this card, just in time for the holidays! :)

Feel free to visit the Scrapbook Pal blog to see my project over there and maybe even leave some love there. <3

JOY

Hi y'all!
Happy Sunday, hope all is well?! :)

I'm swinging in today to share a fun card I made for the current Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge

Without further ado, here is my card...

I pulled out some oldies but goodies from Paper Smooches. (Don't you just miss PS?...) Anyhow, I did some super simple coloring with Copic markers and then used an embossing folder for my background. After, simply put things together and lastly I used dies to spell 'JOY' and even added a touch of color to the bottom  of the letters for 'snow'. Fun, right?!...

Well, that's all for me.

I hope today brings...

Hi y'all!

It's my second post for the day. I'm swinging in to share a card for My Favorite Things Superstar Challenge.

Of course, I went with creating something for the Clean & Simple category. ;)

Sweets, anyone?!...I simply did some coloring with markers and then added a little bit of highlights using a white paint pen. I added a few paint splatters to my card and then topped things off with a sentiment. Easy peasy, right?!...

Well, that's all for me.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Happy Crafting!

Friendship?

Hi y'all!
Happy Wednesday! Can you believe we're in November already?!...

Today, I'm swinging in to play along with Amy Tsuruta and her Woodblock Wednesday feature. It's all about using your stash of woodblock stamps and having fun. :)

So without further ado, here is my card...

I kept things simple for this card. I used a woodblock stamp that I had all the way back from 2011, that I never even used! Yikes! (lol) Though, I'm happy I finally put it to use! :)

Well, that's all for me!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon!

P.S.
Do you happen to have this stamp?...I can't remember who makes it...I want to say Stampin' Up but I'm uncertain. I do remember it came in a set and in a clear plastic holder. I have searched online but can't seem to come across it. Any help is appreciated! :)

Toss some confetti...

Hi y'all!

I'm swinging in on my blog, as well as the Scrapbook Pal blog today sharing a fun and simple card, using Catherine Pooler Designs Everybody Say Happy Sentiments. I don't know about you, but who doesn't always need a birthday card? Sometimes I think I have a birthday card, only to realize I don't or that the one card I do have doesn't fit for that person.  So if you're like me and need a quick and easy card, this is for you! With that said, here is my card.

Let's make a card! Follow the steps below to make this fun card.

1. You'll need white cardstock (sized slightly smaller than an A2 or 4" x 5 1/4") and some inks. In this case, I used Catherine Pooler inks. The colors I chose were Bellini, Coral Cabana, and Samba

2. You'll want to hold your piece of cardstock, place the ink pad near the edge of the cardstock and push down slightly as you're pulling towards you, lifting up the ink pad when the desired 'streak' is achieved. Repeat this with all the colors, slightly overlapping each color.

3. Hot foiling time! I used Spellbinders Yana's Blooms Collection-Splatter Sentiments foil plates with Gold Glimmer Hot Foil. Have fun with the plates, place the splatters where you like, so it resembles confetti.

4. Stamp on the sentiment from Catherine Pooler-Everybody Say Happy Sentiments. As you can see, I chose to use the 'Toss some confetti in the air and celebrate!' sentiment and stamped it in black ink.

5. Lastly, you'll want to make a card base using white cardstock and add some foam squares on the back of the stamped panel and then add it to your base card.

6. You made this card!

Hi

Hi y'all!

Happy Sunday, hope you're enjoying your day?! :)

I'm swinging in today with a card for the current and final CASology challenge, a little bittersweet. I've been playing along with the CASology challenge for years and even had the chance of being a guest a few times or so. I am sad to see this will be the last challenge. Though, I wish nothing but the best for Melissa and her new adventures!

So without further ado, here is my card for the challenge...

Simple, right?...I think the 'cozy' part comes in with the scarf. ;) I actually pulled out some Altenew markers I've had for quite some time, not sure why I haven't used them much? But I sure do enjoy them! :) After coloring, I used a couple letter dies to spell 'hi' and added it to my card. That's it. Easy peasy, right?!...

Thank you CASology, the design team, and Melissa for all the years of fun!

That's all for me. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day and see you soon! :)

You are BEARY special

Hi y'all!

Happy Friday, yay! :)

I'm swinging in to share a 'just for fun card', no challenges or DT work...pure fun. So without further ado, here's my card...

This was such a fun and easy card to make. I chose to only color three bears from the stamp set and then easily used a circle die to 'cut' each bear out. After, I popped them into the circles on the card and that's pretty much it. I did add a hint of patterned paper for a mat and before adhering things down. To finish things off, I added a sentiment on a little piece of cardstock (and made it into a banner) and added a touch of burlap twine and a little red heart. Simple and sweet, right?!...

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon! :)

P.S.

All products used are from Trinity Stamps.

Hi y'all!

Happy Thursday, hope all is well?!... :)

Today, I'm swinging in to share a 'just for fun' card, no challenges or DT work...just fun. Well, and using the never ending pile of never been used goodies. ;)

Without further ado, here is my card...

Cute, yeah?!...I've been picking up some MFT (My Favorite Things) sets here and there when I can and this was one of the sets I got.

I did some coloring with colored pencils and then chose a piece of patterned paper for the background, along with making a 'frame'. After I just put things together and ta-da...card, finished. :) Okay, I did add a touch of gems, too! ;) So what do you think?!...

That's all for me.

Seasons come & go

Hi y'all!
Happy Thursday, almost Friday! :)

I'm swinging in today to share a card I made just for fun. I'm still trying to use things that are in my 'never been used/new to me' pile. Which I've come to the realization that my pile is never ending and probably always will be that way, but at least trying to use things. (lol)

Anyhow, here's my card...

As you can see, I pulled out my colored pencils again. I go through phases of using them but when I do, I sure do love them. :) I wanted the flowers to be the 'star' of the card so I chose to stamp things in white ink, then colored only the flowers and added some white to the inside of the leaves. It works, right?!...To finish things off, I added some white paint splatters, a touch of enamel dots and a sentiment with a little bit of burlap twine. Simple, right?!...

Well, that's all for me today.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon! :)

Enjoy the little things

Hi y'all!
Happy Friday! Hope all is well?! :)

I'm swinging in today to share a simple card with you. No challenges or DT work, a 'just for fun' card. So without further ado, here's what I came up with...

Simple, right?!...I splurged a little on My Favorite Things Flower Bouquet card kit back a few months or so, seeing all the inspiration that was being used with it, I just couldn't pass it up! And as you can see, I'm just now getting around to actually playing with it. lol

I kept things nice and easy for the stenciling. Perhaps I should have added a center in the big flower?...But, it's all for fun, right?! :) After stenciling I added a light touch of paint splatters and then stamped on the sentiment. Lastly, I added a small sprinkle of jewels. Easy peasy, right?!...

Well, that's all for me.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your Friday and weekend! See you soon!

HEY

Hi y'all!

Happy Saturday, hope all is well?! :)

I'm swinging in today to share a 'just for fun' card, no challenges or anything.

I must say, this was not the original plan that I had for making this card. It was something completely different. I actually did make the start of what I was wanting to do and I did almost complete things. But, I was having a hard time actually liking it. So while I was trimming down my initial card panel and saw the little strip I cut off, that was the moment something else came to me. Thus being the card I'm sharing.

I kept things really simple. I used a little white embossing paste and then added some gold flakes to it (brushing off the excess gold flakes once things were dried). After, I did some die cutting for my letters to spell 'HEY' and I layered things twice. Before adhering my letters on my card I added my little strip. Easy peasy, right?!...

Well, that's all for me.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great Saturday and weekend! :)
