Happy Sunday, hope all is well?!...
I've been taking easy today, enjoying the nice weather and doing a little bit of crafting. :) I'm swinging in to share a card I made for the current Paper Smooches Challenge. If you didn't see or hear about it yet, they are having a DT call as well. Fun, right?!...
I made a little bit of a longer card than usual but I wanted to capture all of the 'rainbow', so longer it was. For my background rainbow I simply did some watercoloring on watercolor paper. Then I used the PS Pattern Builder die set to make the 'dashes/lines' using white cardstock. After I adhered it to my dried watercolor panel. To finish things off, I used the PS Cuppa Sunshine dies for my cup. Which I choose to just have it be white on white and layered the top piece twice. Then added a sentiment using the PS Caffeinated Two stamp set and a touch of burlap twine. Sweet, yeah?!...
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon!
This is GORGEOUS!!!! What a fantastic design, Shelly. I love this rainbow of dashes. And your little panel of white on white works perfectly against all those fun colors. Your watercoloring is fabulous. Awesome card! xo Bev

ReplyDeleteVery Sweet, Shelly! I love that you made the card longer to fit in all the wonderful flavors of a complete rainbow! This card just screams happy!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteSHELLY! I've been MIA for far too long (busy days in general, but even more so with our puppy, Lily, who has 'tummy' issues, although you'd never know it, given her abundant energy!). Catching up right now! Grande smiles from seeing your Grande rainbow coffee hugs card! Sooooo sweet!
