Happy Wednesday!
Today, is a fun day on Instagram at the Not 2 Shabby profile! It's a brand new release and it's all about stickers!! I'm joining in on the IG hop but wanted to share things here, too. I also included steps on how to make this card and additional photos. ;)
Without further ado, here is my card...
I just love these stickers, they are simply amazing! I did keep things relatively simple and wanted the stickers to shine. Follow below to make this card, maybe you'll put your own twists on it?!...
- Using the EZ Wonder Die #3 with white cardstock, as well as patterned paper, die cut postage grid.
- With the white cardstock postage die cut, cut into smaller postage stamps.
- Set aside.
- Take patterned paper die cut postage pieces and adhere stickers onto them.
- Trim off the sticker that is over the edge or postage die cut pieces. (note: you probably can easily fold the sticker over onto the die cut pieces rather than cutting it off but I chose to cut things.)
- Adhere the sticker postage pieces to the white postage stamp pieces.
- Set aside.
- Using kraft cardstock, splatter paint onto it using white paint. (note: I used a white paint marker and just 'pooled' the paint up some on a piece of cardboard and then just tapped the paint marker over the cardstock to splatter things.)
- Let dry.
- Cut the kraft panel to fit an A2 card base.
- Adhere to cardbase.
- Adhere 'stamps' onto the card, adding foam tape only on the two smaller stamps in front.
- Add some gold glitter dots/splatters using a gel pen.
- Set aside.
- Stamp sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock using black ink.
- Cut into small banner/strip.
- Adhere to the card with foam tape on the back.
- Add some burlap twine behind/around sentiment piece.
- Set aside.
- Using the sticker book, add the little banner sticker with hearts to a piece of white cardstock.
- Trim cardstock to fit the banner.
- Add foam tape on the back of the banner and add to the upper right corner of the card.
- Add sparkling enamel dots to the card.
Simple, right?!...I hope I inspired you today!
That's all for me. But, I will be back with more to share! :) Don't forget to swing on over to the Not 2 Shabby IG profile (click, HERE) to hop along...you'll see all the amazing projects and just how fabulous these stickers are!! Hope to see you there! :)
